Rental Conditions

Our vehicles, which are cleaned and security checked before each rental, are offered to you in the best way for you to use them comfortably. With our frequently renewed vehicle fleet, we offer our customers the privilege of using the latest model vehicles with the most appropriate budget. You can choose the vehicle that suits your needs through our vehicles section.

Only the person(s) specified on the contract can use the rented vehicle. In case of accident or damage that may occur in the event that third parties not specified in the contract use the vehicle, no damage assurance is valid. Person(s) who will drive the vehicle must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

The use of vehicles by third parties is possible if the driver's license and identity information of the additional driver(s) are included in the rental agreement, following the approval of the Esen Car Group official. By adding an additional driver to the contract, it is included in the insurance coverage.

Payments are made with credit cards approved by Esen Car Group. The credit card to be paid must belong to the lessee and must be presented to the Esen Car Group official during the rental. At the beginning of the rental, a pre-authorization blockage is applied in amounts that vary according to the vehicle group. Differences that may occur at the end of the rental are charged from the same credit card and a refund is made on vehicle delivery.

The rental period is at least 3 days, ie 72 hours for daily rentals, and 30 days for monthly rentals.

Vehicle Delivery to the Address and/or Pickup from the Address:

Vehicle delivery to the desired address or vehicle pick-up service from the desired address is subject to an additional fee. You can get information from our reservation center as the additional fee varies according to the distance.

Returning the vehicle from the rented city to a different city where the Esen Car Group office is located is subject to the approval of Esen Car Group and an additional fee. You can get information by calling our reservation center as the amount of additional fee varies according to the region/office.

The extension of the predetermined rental period is subject to the approval of Esen Car Group. Total rental period (number of days) is calculated over 24-hour periods and additional day fee is calculated for delays exceeding 30 minutes.

Penalties for all kinds of traffic offenses that may occur during the rental are the responsibility of the tenant. The tenant's obligations in this regard do not disappear with the end of the lease. The traffic fines that we receive after the end of the rental are collected from the person or company whose name is mentioned in the relevant rental. Traffic fines paid by Esen Car Group instead of the customer are collected from the customer by adding the service fee.

It is obligatory to give information before domestic travel with rented vehicles. Our rentals are limited to domestic.

You can make changes in your reservation, add or remove additional products within the scope of availability and confirmation. These changes may cause price differences. By confirming the change, you accept the price difference.

In the cancellation of prepaid reservations, if there is more than 5 days to the rental date, the entire payment will be refunded.

If the prepaid reservation is canceled 3-5 days before the rental date, 50% of the total rental fee will be refunded.

If the prepaid reservation is canceled 1 or 2 days before the rental date, or if the vehicle is not taken without cancellation, the rental fee is not refunded.

If the vehicle is returned before the time specified at the beginning of the rental, the total rental fee is recalculated according to the number of days the vehicle was used, and if there is a refund amount, the credit card will be refunded.

The return request of the vehicle at a later date than specified at the beginning of the rental is subject to the approval of Esen Car Group, primarily depending on the availability of the vehicle. The additional fee amount is recalculated according to the total rental day and is collected as an additional collection from the credit card that is paid.

The insurances included in the rental fees vary according to the campaigns and tariffs. You can call our office to get information about insurance coverage and additional insurance fees. The explanations below are for general and informational purposes, and Esen Car Group reserves the right to change this information at any time.

Mini Damage Insurance: Damages below the amount determined by Esen Car Group are repaired and secured by the tenant's declaration.

Personal Accident Insurance: It is the insurance that secures the driver and the people in the vehicle within the limits of the insurance.

Optional Financial Liability Insurance: In addition to the compulsory financial liability (traffic) insurance, it is the insurance that covers the damages given to third parties within the specified limits.
